Account and Finance Division: ? Manage all finance and accounting processes / systems in line with group policies and local tax accounting practices ? Monitor and optimize cash flow management and treasury functions ? Prepare and analyze ongoing financial trends in manufacturing operations including performing in-depth P&L analyses to help understand trends, align business unit strategy appropriately, ensure proper return on investments and drive business transformation through proper cost management ? Manage the annual budget and forecasting processes (including detailed manufacturing / cost centre plans across all manufacturing cells) by performing analyses, model development, and gathering supporting data for assumptions ? Monitor significant variances to plan in expenses, headcount, capital management, inventory management / control, build plan, material costs, parts pricing and standard manufacturing cost performance. Alert management team to issues and driving corrective action / resolving with management team ? Manage financial and operational controls and metrics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial statements, forecasts, and analysis ? Supervise all accounting processes accurately and consistently, including accounts payables and receivables, general ledger reconciliation, and accrual accounting duties ? Monitor fiscal aspects of multiple grant funding agreements ? Oversee bank activity and manage reporting requirements ? Enforce all Company policies / procedures and ensure compliance with requirements of funders, tax accounting practices and regulatory bodies ? Ensure all taxes are filed and paid on time ? Prepare company records for timely annual audit Information Technology & Information Systems Division: ? Oversee the IT and IS department in coordination with Group corporate IT and IS and delivery of efficient network administration, system implementation, IT Related purchases, hardware/software problems and training and development of end users\\\' IT skills. Operational Leadership: ? Determine the organizational structure, budgeting and staffing requirements for the Account, Finance and IT teams. We are looking for an energetic, internationally-minded and experienced Chinese national professional who possesses a University degree in finance and accounting or related field (MBA or BA with a major in Accounting & Finance from a reputable university) and ideally a CA certification. The successful candidate will need to have 7-10 years previous experience in a plant controller role responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial management within a manufacturing environment and demonstrate strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work through all levels of organization, both internally and externally. Creative, flexible, responsible, persistent and enthusiastic, the incumbent will need to be able to work independently and under pressure and to demonstrate superior ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Thorough and detail oriented, the successful candidate will also possess strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills. Excellent command of English and expertise in accounting system software, computer literacy, MRP, or ERP exposure are mandatory.
