\\\\\\\" Manage the R & D team. \\\\\\\" Manage the R & D programmers; translate the customer expectations into a product specification, provide the resources needed, identify the milestones, establish and follow the planning. \\\\\\\" Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities. \\\\\\\" Establish and follow up the budget for expenditures and investments related to the various technical projects. \\\\\\\" Make sure that all Norms & Standards used in the department are up to date. \\\\\\\" Assistant the Process, Quality and Production Departments during the industrialization phase; draft the final product specification, product datasheet, method statements and assembly or operating instructions, and raw material specifications. \\\\\\\" Investigate performance issues of existing products; search for root causes and propose solutions. \\\\\\\" Knowledge search on technologies that the company wishes to develop. \\\\\\\" Investigate and evaluate patent protection of competitors and assess strength and weaknesses of their products. \\\\\\\" Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and

\\\\\\\" Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering \\\\\\\" 5 years of experience in using Finite Element analysis or product development in Construction, metal or steel products or experienced in engineering consultancy company \\\\\\\" Solid Works, AutoCAD and Excel (required) \\\\\\\" Understand various construction techniques and able to propose proper application of company\\\\\\\'s products to customer. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
